I sometimes think my life is a bit unusual at times.
Take today for instance. 9am till 2:30pm playing with dangerous weapons, bouncing people and being bounced around the dojo, learning the ways of the warrior and technoshaman. Then quick shower and off shopping for a decent dress shirt that will look good with a bow tie and suit.
ah well… beats being bored I suppose :0)
And I get next week off work, So thats cool…
Torchwood

Just finished watching the first two episodes of Torchwood, Well it’s a lot better than the last doctor who spin off series. But then a lot of things are better than “K9 and friends”. I think it could be a decent series, and they got most of their sneaky mentions to Doctor Who in the first episode (I gave up counting them after the first 12) so it can now continue along in its own rights without having to keep up with the parent series. Episode two just had the doctors hand in it, which was scarily still alive. So I think its defiantly worth a watch.

And Now I just have an urge for more toys and gadgets

OK..
I have recently fallen into a lazy state of mind. In an attempt to combat this laziness i set myself some goals the other month that i had to finish by the end of the month. It was close, but I actually managed it…
So its a new challenge time, 10 things to do/complete/sort by the end of the year.
Only I am short of some ideas, so Any suggestions? Any no matter how silly, weird, whatever..

In celebration of Friday 13th I thought I would share this tale..
The Superstition of Friday
One hundred years ago, the British government sought to quell once and for all the widespread superstition among seamen that setting sail on Fridays was unlucky. A special ship was commissioned, named “H.M.S. Friday.” They laid her keel on a Friday, launched her on a Friday, selected her crew on a Friday and hired a man named Jim Friday to be her captain. To top it off, H.M.S. Friday embarked on her maiden voyage on a Friday, and was never seen or heard from again.
Well, I’ve had no bad luck yet.. My ADSL line has been upgraded to 4meg for free, a happy customer just brought in chocolate biscuits for me.. Its starting out as a good day..

Winter is Creaping Up…

Well the summer has gone, the hot nice weather has been removed to the status of a fond memory, and winter is defiantly on the horizon..
You can tell winter is getting close when it takes you one and a half hours to drive home due to zero visibility, Then this morning I was annoyingly woken up a large bang (so loud it startled me in my dream, making me drop what was in my hand!) which turned out to be a heavy thunder storm over my house. Which took out the electric, meaning I had to drive to work in thick fog, without the aid of coffee….
Ah, well, Time to get into the winter mood…..
