Ah, I had to miss Whitby this year for reason beyond my control.
So I decided to have fun anyway, and went down Bristol way to visit friends. And by pure luck my visit coincided with the one off Halloween special of Subspecies :0)
What pure luck..
Well It was worth It, I couldn’t get to whitby, but I still got to get drunk with a bunch of drunken goths, while listening to good music!!
They installed a new “SONICWALL” firewall/vpn/gizmo in the office yesterday!
So this morning I come into work sligtly early due to less traffic than normal on the road, Check my emails, and decided to check a couple of websites. Only to be hit with a :-
This site is blocked by the SonicWALL Content Filter Service.
Reason for restriction: Forbidden Category “Cult/Occult”
Which suprised me as the sites I was looking at were not really Occult, or dodgy… So after several minutes Investigation it seems the SONICWALL blocks any site they think is unsafe or belonging to any organisation that some group thinks is a cult. It also covers any site that mentions magic, spells, gods, atheists, or anything that is not the mainstream religions..
What happened to tolerance of other peoples views? 1st we have the americans stating the bibles view of creation must be taught in schools, now we have a big company selling a product that prevents people viewing sites that have views different to what They believe.
If you do an Internet search on you find lots of people mentioning innocent sites that have been blocked by sonicwall.
So remember people Big Brother/NWO/whatever you want to call Them are watching, and controlling what you can or can’t see!!

Knocking
Late last night, and the night before,
There came a knocking, a knocking at my door.
When I go and answer it, there is no-one there,
There is no-one at my door, the door step is bare.
Oh who could be tormenting me, and driving me insane,
Could it just be the wind, and the falling of the rain.
Trees can bang on windows in a way that’s often shocking,
But what in nature makes a sound, upon a door of knocking?

Considering every option, till the coming of the light.

OK. after the success (??) of last weeks question, I’ve decided to post another question in my quest to discover the rules of being “morally correct”
The question is based around a real life situation.
Situation
You are leaving a large industrial wholesalers where you work, when you come across a carrier bag stuffed full of used notes. There is no one around, no surveillance cameras, its dark, and there are not many cars around. The bag is just lying on a trolley.
